Stayed at a hotel in VI, loved the parking and fitness center. Enjoyed the Mexican food and free breakfast. Shopping at Silverbird and Palms Mall was a blast. The fancy restaurant had international cuisine.

All was perfect.

The hotel was conveniently located near great entertainment and lively nightlife. The staff was friendly and accommodating to all of our requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable with great amenities, including a gym and a delicious breakfast buffet. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks offered during the New Year's Eve party.

Sadly, the hotel ruined our check-out experience by deducting a damage fee for a small stain on a bedspread caused by a laundry mishap. the gym lacked certain equipment we expected to find.
